  • Leave requests and approvals
  • Overtime requests
  • Expense submissions

All employee data remains stored and managed within the organization’s Odoo ERP system.

2. Device Information

To manage subscription access and prevent unauthorized usage, the MZ HR app may collect limited device-related information, such as:

  • Device identifier
  • Device count used for subscription validation

This information is used only to verify active subscriptions and manage the number of devices allowed for the application.

No employee HR data is stored on the developer’s servers.

Information accessed through the app is used only to:

  • Display HR data from the Odoo ERP system
  • Allow employees to submit requests such as leave, overtime, or expenses
  • Provide HR management functionality through the mobile application
